1075 Burnaby Street

1075 Burnaby Street was acquired in December 2009.  Since that time Gordon Nelson has successfully negotiated with all tenants to allow for the extensive restoration and renovation of the building.  Current plans provide for 45 rental units at the site.  This multi-million dollar investment will create 25 new rental units.  Gordon Nelson expects to commence work at the building in the spring of 2011.  Investments will be made in life safety and structural upgrades and greenhouse gas emission reductions and other revitalizations to bring 60 year old apartment building up to date.
