The renovated and refurbished unit designs are the result of a collaborative effort from our architects at Stuart Howard Architects and designers at Sublime Interior Design.
Our Buildings Are Walking Distance To Nearly Everything
We are proud to state that all of our buildings are in locations considered a “Walkers’ Paradise”, if you do not believe us, check out the Walk Score™ maps on our apartment and vacancy pages. Our buildings score right along side Manhattan neighborhoods: Tribeca, SoHo, Little Italy and Greenich Village and San Francisco neighborhoods: Russian Hill, Nob Hill, Mission and Chinatown.
Amenities such as parks, beaches, shopping, entertainment, rapid transit, hospitals, schools and the downtown financial district are all within minutes of our buildings. The West End, in our humble opinion, is one of the great neighborhoods in the world. Where else in the world can you find a 1,000 acre park and miles of sandy beaches literally within 15 minutes walk?
Pet Friendly Buildings
Many tenants are happy to know that we are one of the few buildings in the West End to allow not just cats but dogs as well. Pets are apart of many families and we welcome them accordingly.
Security
With the exception of our 1075 Burnaby Street buildings which are in the permitting phase of renovations, all of our buildings have state-of-the-art security cameras throughout to protect our tenants and their belongings from theft or harm.
Environmentally Friendly
All of our buildings offer tenants recycling bins which are collected and recycled each week. In addition, our 1057 Barclay Street and 1133 Barclay Street buildings have brand new state-of-the-art IBC Technologies ultra high efficiency boilers. These on demand boilers dramatically lowered energy consumption and green house gas emissions. All of our buildings incandescent and energy inefficient lights have been replaced with compact fluorescent and LED lights lowering energy consumption. Our 1057 Barclay Street and 1133 Barclay Street buildings windows have new double glazed, energy star rated windows. Flexible Leases
Should your living arrangements change or you wish to upgrade or change apartments, with at least one calendar month written notice we offer reduced lease break fees. Work with our team of property managers to find the right apartment for you within one of our buildings.
Refer-A-Friend Program
Many tenants love their apartment and want their friends to become their neighbors. As a thank you for paying us the greatest compliment we can ask for, we offer a reward program that provides up to $250 off your rent. When renting be sure to ask the property managers for more details.
Flexible Rent Payment Options
We accept check, money order, email money transfers, debit cards and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). We also arrange for many of our tenants to pay via the popular monthly direct withdrawal of rent.
Special Rates with Zipcar
